- Your information, including Your personal information, will be stored in a database accessible through the App and on the Web (the “Database”);
- The Database will be a common database accessible by Us, some of Our business partners (“Partners”) and some of Our representation agencies (“Agencies”);
- Although the Database is web based, Our Partners and Agencies are located all around the world and, therefore, Your personal information can be processed by and shared with our Partners or Agencies around the world;
We execute agreements with each of Our Partners and Agencies with which we allow access to the Database, in which said Partner or Agency undertakes to take appropriate security measures to protect Your personal information in line with Our policies and all applicable country specific legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
Your information, including personal information, contained in the Database will be used by Us, Our Partners and the Agencies for the following purposes:
- Business meeting follow-ups;
- Invitation to market activities (conferences, events, trainings, etc.), only if You have consented to receiving communications from the Alliance and our Partners and Agencies;
Our agreements stipulate that Our Partners and Agencies cannot use Your personal information for other purposes then the ones specifically described in this section.

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING MECHANISMS
Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that We transfer to Your computer’s hard drive through Your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Our Services are not targeted to any person under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such persons.
