Here is some useful daily information about shuttle schedules for various points of interest.

4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.,* continuous shuttle service every 15 minutes

*Due to the distance, the shuttles do not serve the following hotels: Unilofts Grande-Allée (300 metres), Hotel le Concorde Québec (350 metres) and the Hotel Château Laurier (55 metres). For those who wish to take the Convention Centre shuttle, you can do so by taking the shuttle leaving the Hilton just across the street.

Guided city tours (preregistration required)

All departures and returns are from the Québec Convention Centre: you need to register for the city tours.

Unguided city tours (registration not required)

All buyers and media are welcome to take a FREE city tour in the RED BUS or take a CRUISE ON THE ST. LAWRENCE RIVER.

To get your ticket, come to the “city tours” counter at the Québec Convention Centre.

Saturday, June 3

Official RVC hotels–» Québec City airport (45-minute transfer)

3:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., departures are approximately every hour. To ensure your place on board to the desired departure, please arrive 15 minutes beforehand.

* Please note that the shuttles will pick you up at your hotel, at the exception of the Château Bellevue (pick-up location at the Fairmont Château Frontenac), the Clarendon (10, rue Pierre-Olivier-Chauveau), the Marriott, the Capitole and the Palace Royal (boarding point located at the Palace Royal at the door facing rue D’Aiguillon) as well as the Delta Quebec Hotel and the Hilton Quebec (pick-up location at the Quebec City Convention Centre).

Familiarization tours (prior registration required)

Participants pre-registered for the familiarization tour should take the shuttle from their hotel to the Convention Centre to go on the tour for which they were selected.

Shuttles will run approximately every 15 minutes starting at 6:45 a.m*. We recommend that you take the shuttle from your hotel 60 minutes before the start of your familiarization tour.

* Please note that the shuttles will pick you up at your hotel, at the exception of the Château Bellevue (pick-up location at the Fairmont Château Frontenac), the Clarendon (10, rue Pierre-Olivier-Chauveau), the Marriott, the Capitole and the Palace Royal (boarding point located at the Palace Royal at the door facing rue D’Aiguillon) as well as the Delta Quebec Hotel and the Hilton Quebec (pick-up location at the Quebec City Convention Centre).
